Key Dates
For Teachers Moving to Our Legacy System
- Instruct your students to set up an account on the Legacy System at students.simplymusic.com. Instructions are provided in this PDF: Letter to Students who enrolled as new students in the Digital Platform
- Ensure all students have created their accounts on the Legacy System.
- Deactivate your Teacher Account in the Digital Platform as follows:
- Log in at: app.simplymusic.com
- Go to My Account
- Select Account in the left menu
- Click Complete account
No further charges will be made to this account.
- Digital Platform will be shut down permanently

LEGACY SITE UPDATES
For teachers familiar with the Legacy Site.
We’ve reinstated the License Fee at $4 per month. This keeps our current system aligned with the structure of the upcoming new platform, which will introduce a $4 Monthly Membership fee, helping make the transition consistent and uncomplicated.
The student store will remain open until further notice.
When using the Legacy site, royalties are self-reported in arrears. If you receive a request to report royalties for any month that was already paid in advance on the new platform, simply submit a No Royalties form and include an explanation that the month was prepaid in the new system.
