| About | Gabrielle Krieger is a certified Simply Music teacher with 20 years of diverse piano experience, ranging from advanced classical performance to blues, jazz and contemporary accompaniment. After eight years of classical lessons, she began the journey of creative self expression and taught herself accompaniment, chording and improvisation. In 2013 she joined the Des Moines based band Like Tides. She played keyboard and synth, wrote original pieces and shared the stage with bands such as Sick Puppies, Asking Alexandria and Miss May I. Expressing a deep interest in the Simply Music method since 15 years of age, she obtained her Simply Music license and established Passion Studios in December of 2014. As of November 2019, Passion Studios is recognized in the top 1% internationally for Simply Music students. One of her life’s goals is to culturally redefine what it means to be musical, enabling individuals to cast off the pressure to fit the mould and be musically self-expressive. |
